The training can be formal and informal, Some clients have converted their Flash-based courses to more current formats, incorporated resesarch and white papers into their training offerings, and created learning paths and curriculums by functions and roles. 

Do you offer eLearning solutions?

Yes, our eLearning solutions include more than the traditional web-based online course formats, they can be videos libraries, games, multimedia interactions, live sessions, virtual conferences, AI/AR/VR expereinces. Our solutions are interactive and effective for onine learners. They can be SCORM-compliant and accessible via your LMS and other tools.

What is the typical timeline for instructional design projects?

It depends. Some clients contract us as an in-source resource for a number of hours per week. Others do one-off projects when their team needs help meeting critical timelines. And others contract us to build a training initiative from scratch to solve explicit needs. The timeline for instructional design projects varies based on the scope and complexity, but we work efficiently to meet deadlines.
